As an attorney in the state of New Jersey, my foremost goal is to be
an aggressive protector of legal rights and, in personal injury and
workers’ compensation matters, to obtain the highest possible
award. I also make it a
top priority to establish a personal relationship with my clients
and maintain communication. It
is my policy to return phone calls within 24 hours, to keep clients
informed of the status of their cases, and to help them understand
the legal process as it applies to them.
Personal
injury and workers’ compensation cases are taken on a contingency
fee basis with fees paid at the end as a percentage of the client’s
recovery. Civil
litigation matters are accepted on an hourly basis.
Most bankruptcies and municipal court cases are taken in
exchange for a flat fee. In
non-contingency fee matters, where the client pays for legal
services on an hourly basis or pays a flat rate in advance, I strive
to keep fees and expenses reasonable.
Quality representation can be affordable.
Please
feel free to contact me by telephone or email
so we may discuss your legal needs and how I may be of service to
you.
